"The customer service was wonderful and the customer area was very cool. I had been to another repair shop that couldn’t diagnose my car. I went to Hi-Tech and I was told what was wrong with my car, they explained why I needed the repair, and even offered me the parts once the job was finished. I was treated quickly and wonderfully. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone."
